The suffering of this film is in the beginning and end. All good choices cannot happen for all newcomers. This film main drawback is Anand. Firstly he has to change his denture and then start his third movie in Kannada. Director Guruvendra has given a musical treat. The first half is boring and the emergence of Ramya Barna solves the main drawback of this film and musical scores of AT Ravish gives additional push.

A canteen worker in the college Mohan is loved by Spporthi who is mad about music. For Mohan music is allergy because it has taken his father. Loves makes many things. Obviously Mohan take an oath to learn singing. He lands up in Thirthahalli where he meets Shastri the music teacher and his cute and sweet daughter Pallavi. On his way to learn music with great difficulty he learns Pallavi loves him. He narrates that he is in love with Sporthi who is mad about music and it is because of this she had come here to learn music. Back in Bangalore Mohan finds demolishing news that Spoorthi is dead. What is the reason for Spoorthi to close her life the director does not give reasons but we have to understand. Now it is turn for Mohan to go mad. In such a situation he will be playing a flute that becomes a tune for music director which is recognized by Pallavi in Thirthalli. She comes in search of Mohan but even after finding her the directors wants the film to end in tragic note.

Ramya Barna is a treat to watch. She is a little bit scary but the ‘Langa Dhavani’ attire suits her and makes her looks more beautiful. Anand deserved to be better while Chayasri is convincing. Ramesh Bhat as music teacher is apt.

The songs Higeko Kaane Nannalli….Ninna Preethyondhe nanage….Kanninali Sanneyali…and Ranganayaka Rajeevalochana Ramanane….are very melodious! Camera work by Mallikarjun is good in the outdoor locations.

Give some concession because it is a first time director then you can watch this film.
